When you buy from Brown’s, you get a two-year maintenance agreement, free of charge in the first year.
The Brown's maintenance agreement gives you complete peace of mind:
Brown’s also provide new features under the agreement. But this does depend on your hardware and the scope of the new feature, so we do reserve the right to charge for this.
You may want more than our standard offering, and like everything else, you can negotiate this according to your individual requirements.
Finally, if you do not wish to take out a maintenance agreement at the point of sale, we operate a one-year warranty and a return to factory policy.
